Tonight for SV Saturday Desert Vetiver came up for rotation lathered with the Purple Mink. Changing to the Lupo Didn't make any difference to the shave despite the larger gap than the Rocca. I ended up with the same result as yesterday so I will switch back to the Rocca tomorrow

Tonight was the final 3017 shave of the week. I took my time with the shave tonight, no rushing and I must say it paid off. With only 3 passes and no clean ups I managed to get a BBS, which was rather unexpected after 9 shaves. I guess I'll keep on using the Rocca if it can keep performing.

Razor: Rockwell 6S R5, Ti Handle, Wilkinson #5

Post-shave: Nivea Balm

Palmolive day again. I got an excellent lather, and an easy near-BBS. Modern Wilkinson blades are only average for me, but the Rockwell gets a comfortable shave out of them.

I saw a badger in the evening, after dark. It emerged cautiously under a fence, from tree cover. It was going to cross the road, saw me, and went back.
