Procedure


  1. After receiving the complaint from a member about Vendor X, send the reply boilerplate below
  2. Update user notes
  3. Create thread in Mod forum if multiple reports are received/suspected fraud/ or member gets back to you with a no response from vendor update

Dear member,

I received your complaint about Vendor XXX. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.

While this Vendor has chosen to financially support B&B as a member of the "Vendor" program in exchange for the ability to participate on B&B so as to gain exposure in the wetshaving community, we cannot guarantee his performance or continued good standing.

We strongly urge you to continue to try to contact this Vendor, and if you do not receive satisfactory service from them, please do pursue any and all avenues available to you to resolve the situation, be that a Paypal dispute, filing with your credit card company, or other legal means.

Please let us know the final outcome of this problem, whether positive or negative, so that we can continue to accurately record this Vendor's performance.
