Your recent PM requesting readmission to the Barbershop has struck a nerve among the Mods. It is a good example of contrition ... not an "I'm sorry if I did wrong" but "I did wrong and am sorry".

Please know that readmission to the Barbershop is not something that we take lightly or would do in non-exceptional circumstances. Please also understand that prior to your Barbershop ban your actions were a repeated source of discomfort among the Mods. Quite frankly, your transgressions were discussed enough that you came very very close to being removed from B&B altogether.

We sincerely hope that your time since the Barbershop ban has given you time to reflect and grow into the sort of gentlemanly fellow desired of B&B. We will be continuing to monitor your behavior here at B&B over the next few months. Please send us another PM on or after XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, at which time we will again assess your conduct between now and then, and make our decision.
