Ingredients:
- 1 Chorizo sausage sliced
- 1 medium size potato, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 Jalapeño, minced (use 1/4 or 1/2 if you don't want this to be too spicy).
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of oil (corn or grape seed)
- 2 Tortillas
Method:
- Boil the potato in salty water until tender
- Transfer the potatoes in a frying pan to roast them
- Add the onion and Jalapeño
- Boil the sliced sausages for 5 minutes
- Add the sausages to the pan
- Cook until the potatoes are roasted (golden) and the sausage is completely cooked
- Wet a small hand towel and place it in a plate.
- Wrap the tortillas in the hand towel and microwave for 45-60 seconds
- Enjoy!
