Tasting Notes
tea goober 2010 Korean Balhyocha
What is Balhyocha? A lot of Koreans call this a "Yellow Tea" but most of us would classify this as being an Oolong. The flavor is very, very different from any "oolong" than Ive had before. Tastes of malted grain, honey, raisins and cocoa. Every now and then I get some florals in the cup. Another great Korean tea but too expensive. About $25.00 for 50 gms. I swear, this tea smells just like a freshly baked loaf of whole grain bread.
