Your thoughts on Whiskey stones and ice spheres

Actually, many of the whisky experts will actually warm the glass in their hands to bring out the aromas and flavours. Try it with a good whisky in a copita type glass and see if it doesn't make things jump out at you. (Jim Murray actually has a hot water bath for warming his glasses when rating whiskies. I got that straight from the Troll's mouth a couple of weeks ago.)

That notwithstanding, I once saw some 'cooling stones' made of granite shaped like little curling rocks. Rather appropriate for Scotch, not to mention Canadian whiskies. Hurry Hard!:laugh:
