I find 8/8"+ the most enjoyable to use because I don't have to rinse every stroke and it's just plain fun. But a 9/16ths with a rounded tip is the most maneuverable for me.

Well I have only tried 4/8ths to 7/8ths and so far I think my favorite is 6/8ths. I also like razors to have a bit of heft to them so I prefer my Le Grelot's and Filly's to my Dovo's.

I only have a 11/16 and a 6/8 so I can't really answer the poll with a good answer. I do want to try some bigger straights, love the look of them.

For some reason 5/8 razors feel far too small in my hands, and 7/8+ razors just feel unwieldy.

Grind seems to be more important than size, to me at least.

I prefer a half hollow or less.

I am trending towards smaller razors. Right now it is 6/8. If you had asked about 4 months ago, I would have said 7/8.
