Thanks, but that thread is over 2 years old and there have been countless razors introduced to the market since then. I'm not looking for buying suggestions just meant as a for fun thread. I've posted several buying suggestion threads in the past, I'm over that.
Simply because so few were produced, I'd love to get my hands on an adjustable Schick Krona.

I recently bought a polished stainless steel Blackland Osprey, so in terms of cost, there's really only the titanium Osprey, Rocnel Sailor, and some ridiculously priced Swiss razor I can't remember the name of, that is more "premium" than what I already have.
But I don't know that I'd get much more performance.
So I'm going with Elvis's razor. I don't know what it was, but I'll bet it was high-end Gillette.

Apparently Elvis used a straight razor, and had done so since high school. Wilkinson Sword was the brand, I believe. Besides that he occasionally used disposables and he used a Remington electric shaver when he was on tour or travelling.

I’d say another Overlander, but I already have five…
The Overlander is definitely my grail razor. I still use the other razors I’ve purchased but at this point I don’t think I’ll be able to find anything better - at least for me. I haven’t purchased a new razor this year and don’t think I will any time soon.

Since most are referring to "grail razors" as razors they don't currently own, but they would really liked to, then that would be the Smart Helix Apollo Light razor. Because it's currently not in production, but there are rumours that eventually it's going to be put back in production at some point in the near future.
Back when it was widely available and affordable I was too hesitant to grab one and now it's price on the second hand market is as high as the sky.

Ti Diamondback is my favorite current razor and would be happy only with that one.

I recently had a few shaves using a Ti handle on my bronze Athena. I was going back and forth between it and my SS Overlander. I have to say, there may be something to that lighter Ti Athena. The shaves with the lighter handle were really nice. Not enough to dislodge my Overlander from its top spot. But it makes me wonder if the complete Ti version could do it.
A custom, one of a kind Blackbird in rhodium plated 950 platinum would be cool.
Bonus points if it is never used, but was originally commissioned by someone famous on its way from blackland to me. Keanu Reeves, perhaps. He could get two, use one, and just keep the one I end up with.

The original Gillette razor to sport the trade name Techmatic. An autoloading, autounloading, DE. Only produced as prototypes. Although the three I have seen pics of look awfully production and not prototypical.
