My favorite drug store aftershave is Clubman Pinaud (and I use it regularly in my rotation (I have the Classic, Vanilla and Bay Rum...Classic gets the most use). Aqua Velva is my second favorite drug store aftershave - I keep a bottle of it in my den but it doesn't get a lot of use.
