Would you rather use a mach three/fusion or a two blade disposable razor

Think i would pick one of the cartridge razors over a disposable.

I would as well, but why limit yourself to just the Fusion, or Mach 3. The Trac II, Atra, and Sensor are far superior, and handles are readily available online. The cartridges are also much cheaper. :tongue_sm

The Mach 3 isn't terrible for me. I know lots of folks draw the line at 2 blades, but I much prefer the Mach 3 to all of the 4, 5, or 6 bladed monstrosities.

I've used both carts and disposables in the past. Carts got me an acceptable shave but disposables have always been a nightmare.

The last time I used a disposable was when an airline bumped me at the last minute and my bags went without me. They gave me an overnight kit with a disposable which I attempted to use... it was like running a cheese grater over my face.

But carts are halfway decent. I managed with them for awhile, but they got too expensive and I discovered that DE gives me a better shave.

Neither...I would do DE and cheaper for blades. I got into wetshaving (now with str8s) to get away from multi-blade and cartridge/disposable hardware. But, that's me.

Cheers,
Robert

++1 on the Trac II, Atra or Sensor.. The last great carts made by Gillette before the P&G merger.

I have gillette sensor carts laying around for when I am in a super hurry and need a passable shave quickly. I never really touch the colgate foam can anymore though. I can allways find time to face lather with some speick applied to the center of my damp brush.

I guess if I had to stick to what you allow in the OP id go Mach 3. It is what I used when I was in college and I was happy with it other than the cost and irritation it could cause on my neckline.
