It looks like its in good condition. How much brassing is on the top of the head? Assuming its not to bad and the handle is not cracked to bad $25 is not a bad price. You could offer $15 or 20 if your worried about over spending.
The older Gillettes clean up really nice if you know how to polish them. If you look at the restoration threads there are plenty of razors in much worse condition that restore back to almost new condition. Especially if the felt lining in the case is still in great condition like that one seems to be.

25.00 is a fine price for that item. Cheaper is always nicer, but that is certainly fair to both seller and buyer.

It is a ball-end old type?
the velvet does look nicer live than in the photo. I should have asked the shop-keep to take it out of the display so I could look at the top of the shave head. I'll return.

looks like it might be a pocket edition case. What does the top look like ? If it is a silver or gold ABC style case, it is worth it. Check for handle cracks. Without any cracks it is a keeper.
