Wilkinson Sword DE from 66-68?

My dad recently asked me to identify the type of razor that my grandfather used. He didn't give me a name but he knew it was a Wilkinson Sword from somewhere between 66-68. He also said it was TTO, does anyone have an actual name for this razor or know where i could get one and how much it would cost?

I have a Wilkinson Sword TTO, Called a Sticky:

It looks really nice, i have not shaved with it yet, i understand they are quite rare.
