Who's got shaving related tattoos?

Although this isn't a boar it's as close to a shaving related tattoo as i've got. Long before i was in to wet-shaving i got this on my calf. Guess I was always a boar man. i've only used two brushes so far, both boars.

I got a bunch of tattoos in my late teens. (Way too many!). For me, it has turned out to be a huge mistake. I regret them on almost a daily basis. It's not specifically that I regret the artwork, it's just having the tattoos in general that I don't like.

I have visited multiple plastic surgeons to discuss removal, even some of the top recommended names in New England. All opinions were in lock step with one another; I am not currently a candidate for tattoo removal. Too much coverage, no room to dissipate ink, no chance of a positive result.

So, I don't have any shaving tattoos, but I have thought about how nice it would be to straight razor all of them off!

I always assumed that you had extremely hairy ankles

No shaving related tattoos for me, yet, but when I start my "gentlemanly pursuits" rib piece, I'll have a straight razor along with a pipe and dapper gentleman in a suit and things like that.

I don't currently have any shave theme related, but I do see one with a straight razor and maybe a brush in it at some point in the future. I was actually considering this already a month or so ago as I was pondering my next couple pieces to get.

I feel your pain, i got one that i wish i didn't get. It was one of those things you do at 19 where your buddy says "hey i know this guy" and you think "sweet a cheap tattoo done in someones living room? sweeeet!" and then 8 yrs later you can't even tell what it is and wish you could remove it.

I imagine at some point in my life i might try to work some type of shaving related tattoo somewhere on myself, for now i'll just think of my piggy. Ralph.

I get a tattoo every 20 years and start thinking about my next one as soon as the newest is done. Having that long a period to wait and think sure helps avoid "mistakes."
Now if I could just apply that level of constraint around shaving products ......

No tattoos at all here.. It seems more people these days have tattoos than don't have them. Even kids in grade 7 that I see walking down the street are covered in these obnoxious things these days

7th grade? Dunno about in Canada, but in the states that's illegal to do, or allow, and such.

Actually I had a tattoo done in a parlor that was terrible. My best was done by my stepdaughter's old boyfriend. I drew the picture myself and had him copy exactly. Of course, she decided to let him tattoo whatever he wanted on her, just because she wanted to be tattooed. They were not impressive. But mine was awesome!

Yeah, I'm up into that range as well for number of tats. Very cool, looking forward to pics if it happens.

seems like a straight razor is the most likely tattoo. I can imagine something awesome with it.

I've heard that straight razors have a specific meaning for tattoos.
Like some tattoos mean certain things in prison and whatnot.
I know nothing of tattoos and or prison so please correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm just throwing it out there for discussion.
I'd hate to see someone get a tattoo of their favourite razor then have others think it means something else.
