My money is on the razor being a German knockoff?
Looks like a legit one to me from the pictures
Nice price! Certainly worth the gamble 
A quick assessment of the auction & pictures shows that:
1. It's got 14 open comb teeth, the exact same number as Gillette double ring
2. The double rings on the razor in this auction seem to have the same spacing between the rings as in a Gillette DR
3. The razor is sold by a seller based in the US and not Germany
All of this indicates that this could indeed be a Gillette DR and a lucky score for the winner! However, the winner's fingers I assume are crossed till he gets it in his hands!

I found it strange he labeled the Gem Micromatic but said the other two razors were unknown. Maybe the heavy patina/tarnish was blocking any labeling?

It looks pretty consistent with an authentic Double Ring from the photos there to me, too.
The Double Rings (and even the early Single Rings) didn't have anything on them that said "Gillette" so I could totally understand someone not knowing what they were. Even the "fully marked" ones would have just had a serial number and the patent date on them.
The one in the middle is an ASR DE -- almost always under the Star brand, sometimes PAL -- which should have that stamped under the guard plate. It wouldn't be as prominent as the "GEM Micromatic" inside the head of the OCMM, so maybe it was obscured or maybe the seller was just a little hasty/lazy checking it out.

I was burned in the past on the FLeabay with a knock off even after some professional opinions here. Let's hope it is a pat appld for genuine DR.
Great collection of Double Rings.... Amazing really. I felt like I had to say something despite being nearly dumbstruck by seeing seven in one place, at one time.
The Double Ring came in the mail today. PAT.NOV.15.04 serial number 30022. This is after one baking soda treatment.
It looks right at home with my others
Mike, with that stash of Double Rings and Signature Single Rings you've managed to acquire, I'm seriously thinking of seeing if the producers of "Hoarders" want to feature you in one of their episodes.....

Nice pickup, I have never seen tan felt in a DR set - very interesting and looks like a really nice and complete set.
Here in NC there is a bag limit that comes with a hunting license. My understanding is that the bag limit on DRs is 3. Time to release some of those!
