can you imagine a monopoly game with 8 players? it would take forever! I played once when i was a kid with 4 people and it took around 8 hours. i remember playing it allllll daaayyy.

I've played for years, and I don't remember seeing some of those pieces pictured. Of the ones shown I'd have to say the thimble. :letterk1: Just because it seems a strange piece. :a48:

As far as the subject, is this a ploy to get publicity for a game that needs it? What's the point of getting rid of one piece?

I said the battle ship. WHY you say?
My older brother was always smarter than me (just no people skills) and he brutalized me in battleship always and then would always choose the ship while he bankrupted me in monopoly to rub it in as Battle ship was my favorite game.
BUT, 25 years later and I still whip his butt in Trivial Pursuit (i love to read especially history). lifes funny

I agree with an earlier poster, why change it up now?

Plus, the new choices seem pretty dumb, so I abstain from voting.
