Which brush is stiffer ?

Rooney 1/1 in Super Silvertip vs. Simpson Duke 1 in Best ?

I like stiffer brushes, when I use a stiff brush I feel it gives me a much better shave since it helps to lift the hair and expose the whiskers to the blade.
Not to mention in prevents ingrown hair.

If you have any other suggestions feel free to drop me a line.
Basically I am looking for a small, dense and stiff brush.

Chubby 1 in best fits your'e description. Don't know about the Rooney.

You might want to try a short lofted boar brush.

However, the Rooney #1/1 will probably do what you want.

I have both the Rooney 1,1 and Duke 1 and the Rooney wins it on stiffness
