Which AS when you can't smell?

So I've caught a cold recently and as I shaved the other morning I considered my options for aftershave. Then it hit me, I can't smell a thing with this stuffed nose! So what's it going to be? It was a test of performance vs. scent...I went with Speick. The scent fades so quickly anyhow

What about you? Which aftershaves would you use if scent didn't play into the decision—based on performance only?

It would be a tie between Masters Bay Rum and AV Ice Blue. Both have glycerin for performance, it would just depend on if I wanted the menthol cooling that particular morning or not.

Yes, I was gonna say that anything with menthol can be felt even if not smelt.

If I'm lucky enough to have this happen soon, I will use Proraso splash for the duration, since it's one of the most soothing best healing aftershaves I've ever used but I can't tolerate the smell.

Mine would be pinaud bay rum. I love the smell but the cooling, tingle, burn sensation just makes my shave seem oh so worthy.

Myrsol Metilsol Astringent AS. It's got kind of a medicinal smell anyway.
