The sign in the front says "Meeting Point" which is obviously in English. I'd say somewhere in the UK (Glasgow?) but I remember reading about DB being criticized for using a lot of English at it's stations.... herm

That said the banks of TV monitors for some reason have a distinctly British feel to them...
