Try stopping by your local beauty supply store. Beauty supply stores come a dime a dozen. I stopped by one here in B'ham and picked up a bottle for about $4 I think.
See if you have a local barber supply company. We've got one in downtown Atlanta. That's where I bought mine. Around $4.

Try checking google for some nearby barber supply shops. A few came up in Houston that had Osage Rub. Otherwise, Atlanta Barber will be the best bet.

You will find a few threads listing places that sell osage rub.
I emailed the company to ask where I could buy it at a brick and mortar. They emailed back, saying it was not available in my area, so they would send me a free bottle. It arrived less than a week later, and I'm in freeze-my-face heaven. This may be the best customer service I have encountered in a long time!
