What's new

What's on heavy rotation lately fellas?

Here are mine:

Millesime Imperial. Made for warm weather. Inoffensive and smells damn good. I love it now.

Midnight in Paris EDT. In past I badmouthed the EDT thinking what's the point when you can get the more dense, stronger EDP. But EDP is great for winter/fall weather...the EDT really shines in warm weather. The top is more bright.

Haven't had much time to review new frags since they let all but two of us go the first of the year. Now my cohourt has informed me that his family has one-way tickets for Italy leaving the end of June.

Here is what gets the most use:
Tom Ford Grey Vetiver (still my signature)
East West Bottlers Moonshine (office casual)
Alvarez Gomez Agua de Colonia Concentrada (warm days)
Montana For Men layered with Cirmes Sapera (weekends)

Creeds: Green Irish Tweed, Silver Mountain Water, Millesime Imperial, EROLFA
Guerlain Vetiver, Habit Rouge EDT
Penhaligon's Sartorial
Acqua di Parma Colonia Intensa
Chanel Pour Monsieur Concentree
Monsieur de Givenchy

Ben

Some Vintage Brut by Faberge, Avon Mesmerize and The Body Shop Kistna (Avon & Kistna used for work). I'll be breaking out some Vintage Canoe & Vintage English Leather Lime when Summer officially arrives.

I've been wearing a lot of vetiver and also revisiting some old classics. Heavy in the rotation lately:

Chanel Sycomore
Chanel Cuir de Russie
Givenchy Vetyver
Tom Ford Grey Vetiver
YSL Kouros
Penhaligon's Sartorial

Now that it's really getting hot, I am going to have to break out the hot weather rotation:

AdP Colonia
AdP Colonia Essenza
Creed Original Vetiver
Kouros Fraicheur

I may pick up MI for this summer. Seems like a solid one for the heat, but I haven't sniffed it in quite some time. It's really tough because my favorites just aren't suitable for the Texas heat. =/

Comme des Garcons Vettiveru
Creed Green Irish Tweed
YSL Live Jazz

Probably stay this way for a while, with occasional pepperminty bouts of Oxford & Cambridge

I wear this all the all the time. Despite the fact most seem to claim it is a winter frag, I think it is great in warm weather....

I think the EDT is great for anytime of the year. I find the EDP to be better for winter because of how dense it is.

Lately, Chanel Eau de Cologne, Creed Selection Verte, Td'H pp, as we're getting into the mid-80's.

I've had the Chanel Eau on the to try list for a while. I'm a big, big fan of their Les Exclusifs line. Looks like I need to go ahead and order a decant.

Starting this week, I've got these in heavy rotation:

Monsieur Balmain, thanks to the kindness of Tim (tehtimmeh) - I love this scent for summer

L'Occitane Verdon EDT - bought on a whim on Saturday, but I'm liking it a lot

Millesime Imperial for me too, as well as Aventus, Original Vetiver and Terre d' Hermes. I also have a new bottle of Safari for the upcoming summer... We think summer will be on a Tuesday this year, ehre in the UK...

Safari in the summer? :w00t:

We've had an unusually cool Spring so I haven't really switched over to 'warm weather scents' yet. The only things I've worn at least once each month for the last four or five (heavy rotation is relative :) ) have been:

Dior Leather Oud
Guerlain Vetiver
Montale Dark Oud
Chanel Egoiste
