What's a Mergress?

Can't stand it any more. I have to ask. What is a Mergress? Is it a modified Merkur Progress adjustable?

Yes, one of B&B's members Mer created a custom metal handle to replace the plastic Progress handle. The rest is history.

you can now also get wooden handles for a progress, which while is technically not a mergress is still pretty cool
