What's a good shaving cream I can find in NYC drugstores?

If you go to Pasteur's you can find lots and lots of nice stuff.
I'd suggest keeping an eye out for Real Shaving Company creams. Inexpensive and a great lather. I don't know why these don't get more love here.

I google'd that and I work literally 3 blocks from there. I'm going to visit them tomorrow and pick up some shaving cream and perhaps some Proraso.
Agree with the Real Shaving Company suggestion. Reasonable price, too.
You might also be able to pick up VDH Select or VDH Deluxe shaving soap at those stores (I know they're soaps and you asked about creams, but these are really good products at bargain basement prices).

bring a big bag of money - Pasteur's is a wonderful spot!
(are you close to the 34th St. store? I like that better - a little cheaper, a little deeper stock, nicer people working there....)
