What would you do with it?
+1 smalltank (but add freshly ground pepper after the cooking)
I do a "pasta" sauce with that: microwave oven in a covered pyrex bowl for a couple of minutes to soften it, then in the pan with boiled chickpeas, garlic, rosemary and oil, let it thicken then out of the heat add bacon, a pinch of salt. When the pasta is ready, use a ladle of the cooking water in the saucepan, reheat to thicken. Pepper like hell. A "dribble" of Evo maybe.
Serve with a Sassicaia red wine.![]()
