What would 007 shave with?

Having just watched a preview of the new Bond movie, Skyfall got me wondering. With 007's history of gadgets and that he is always clean shaven, which razor do you think James Bond would use?, something tradition like a straight razor or may be something suitably "gadgety" like a Futur or Vision 2000? or maybe he just visits the barbers alot :).

I suppose that brings the next question of what is a suitable shaving cream/soap for a secret agent... please leave answers under a rock by the 3rd tree in Gorky park please.

Actually, Ian Fleming refers in at least one book to James Bond preferring the Hoffritz slant razor. He even comments that the hole in the handle is excellent for hiding things like microfilm in!

I am currently awaiting the return of my Hoffritz from getting a brand new rhodium replate. Can't wait!

In an older bond movie, Sean Connery used a Gillette Slim.

That's Goldfinger
He has a tracking device hidden in the handle of a 64? Slim Adjustable (It's the scene on the plane)
I can't recall if they actually show him shaving with it or not but I don't think he does

British WW2 Service Set would be my pick for a 007 razor. That, or a Rocket HD...that actually fires a mini rocket!

In Goldfinger (the novel, not the movie), one of the villains is described as having to shave several times a day. The extent of his villainy is revealed by his keeping a battery-powered electric razor in his pocket and shaving during a meeting.

In the novel of "On Her Majesty's Secret Service" Bond is described using his razor as a knuckleduster. The only thing I can think of that would fit the description is a Travel Tech, as it had to be short enough for the handle to be held in a closed fist between the index and middle fingers.

I thought that was his Rolex.

I'm reading it right now, he thinks about using both. It's his Gillette razor (doesn't specify a model) and his Rolex Oyster w/expanding metal band.

That's what I thought, but I seem to remember something about the watch crystal breaking when he hits someone (after dropping the razor in his pocket). It's been a while (what, almost 30 years?!?) since I read the books, so my memory is a bit fuzzy.
