I would consider getting into straights. A TI would be an excellent life long souvenir of an overseas trip, unless you are fortunate enough to be over frequently.

On Saturday I am driving from Rennes to Saumur to visit the French Tank Museum, which appears to be not far from Martin De Candre then onto our campsite south of Tours.

Have emailed Martin De Candre to see if they are open on a Saturday.

The 50g sizes are only half the cost so better get 200g... I shall drop a broad hint to my wife.

+1 for the Martin de Candre. I just got it recently and only regret I have about buying it is that I didn't do it sooner. It is an AMAZING soap.

Pre de Provence is also a top tier soap that is worth getting, for me it falls only slightly behind MdC and Tabac! It's also quite cheap too.

Looks like you can't buy Pre de Provence in France, it appears Pre de Provence is an American company that manufactures in France.
