I havent used it for cards yet, but i have been using it all day at work and have had people all day tell me it looks very festive
Irushizuku shin-ryoku is not a straight green but has a very festive feel to it for me, tough to tell colour on everyones monitor but this looks close to what i see on this page although the shading on it wont show up with a cell pic

I'm thinking a nice bright green is in for the holidays.
I was looking at a vintage bottle of Montblanc Emerald green which I've always liked.
It might just fit the bill.

I used J. Herbin 1670 Rouge Hematite with a Sailor 1911 music nib.
I've been using Private Reserve Dakota Red doctored with a few drops of black. Very close to blood red, so it might be better suited to Halloween?
Black Swan in Australian Roses. I wanted to pick up some Diamine Oxblood but never got to it.
I think I will be using BSAR, too.

I like Diamine's Sherwood Green if I were writing in green. BSAR works well enough for the holidays and I'm not as scared to use it to address envelops either. 
Noodler's Fox for red. It's pricey, but then, I use red ink only in small quantities. Nice bright red, and bulletproof/waterproof.
I have a pen always inked with Noodler's Bad Green Gator, but I wouldn't exactly call it a Christmasy green. If I were using it on Christmas cards (which I'm not), I'd probably break out the Forest Green, which is brighter.

Private Reserve Spearmint on most of my cards this year.
Noodler's Widow Maker and Army Green.
Im using this one as well. Very nice ink. Goes great on 24lb ivory paper.
I'm using Diamine Evergreen and Diamine Red Dragon. They are both very nice but quite dark. Anyway that's all I have in those colours, so they'll have to do.
J. Herbin Rouge caroubier and vert empire. Niether quite fits the bill but they are green and red!
