I put this in general, because it applies to DE and SE razors.
I'm wondering if anyone regularly uses any oddball or not common brand razors. I'm not talking about razors that are part of your collection that you use once in a while. I'm talking about razors that you love so much, you use them just as often as your other razors, or at least in a rotation or regular basis.
Nothing modern. No Gillettes, Schicks, GEMs, or Ever-Readys. Semi-common razors like VALET, Wilkinson, Barbasol, Stahly are fair game. But the rarer or more unusual the better.
For me, it is my 1930s Weck Stainless Open Comb Medical Prep SE razor. Designed for use in hospitals to shave areas of the body in preparation for surgery, this razor shaves amazingly well. It may not look like it, but this razor is very comfortable to hold. The best part is the width of the blade egde. It uses Hair Shaper blades, which are much wider than a typical DE/SE blade, and it is even wider than the Feather injector blades used by the Cobra.
