What is this 4-piece razor in a little green box?

Does anybody know what this is? I found one the other day in an antique store. As far as I could tell, there are no markings of any kind on the razor itself. The little green plastic box is embossed with a logo that is a shield with an "S" and a "B" on either side, intersected by a sword and a gear.

VA-- Welcome to B&B. That razor design is unfamiliar. There were lots of inexpensive DE razors made with no markings.
