What is the right blade dispenser for this gold Executive Adjustable?

Got this a while back off da Bay for a great price. It is not unused, but the razor is in excellent condition and the case is in fine shape with instructions, too. But I am quite sure that the Blue Blades are not the correct match for this case. Can anyone help me figure what the right type of blade case goes with this set?

I suspect someone swaped a 6-blade cartridge there, the instructions are correct but they are enclosed in the cellophane with the dispenser. The set has a dispenser of 10 blue blades, as indicated on the shipper box:

That's brilliant. It NEVER occurred to me to look at instructions when trying to track down the proper blade pack.

Good catch!

The instructions shown by Achim show a 20 blade dispenser. The 20 blade dispensers were the only ones that had the numbers in a circle up inside the yellow line area.

Thanks guys, this is very helpful. Looks like the instructions were a patchwork, too. They are for a Gillette adjustable (i.e., a Fat Boy) and they don't say Executive on them!!

Oh well the case and the razor are correct! Plus it is a birthday razor code for me, too!!! Now if I can find the actual instructions for an executive set!!! I know what you are thinking...good luck!!!

That is beautiful!! My daily shaver for the last 10+ years has been a D code Executive (garage sale find in the 90's) ....never had a case for it. I will gladly trade you a bag full O' Psycho keys for it!!

THe executive was made over several years so it could have been offered with more than one combination of blade dispenser, but, it was never offered with a dispenser of 6, which was more common with lower-end razors. Sometimes sellers woudl have a sealed pack of blades, slap it to a high end razor and case and misrepresent it as NOS... you just can't be too careful.

I know the Executive only from 1960 and 1961. The German set comes with "Blaue Gillette Extra" (Super Blue Blades):

These are the written instructions that came with my Executive. But they are probably the instructions that go with any Fat Boy. They scanned kinda funny but they are the front and back of the same piece of paper.
