dose anyone konw who mascot is

I think Mascot was one of the many British Manufacturers based in Sheffield (as is Souplex, same as Big Ben). It's Chrome Plated too - not Nickel.

That Mascot really needs a good replating ;-)

Mascot was a Prybrands Inc. razor from Long Islands NY. They made a copy of the Gillette brownie razor in 1933.
