What Happened here?

Saw this Dubl Duck on a well known online auction site. Are the stains really what I think they are?
PS: no it's not the razor I used last week that got me stitches.

At last, my arm is complete again.

Looks like someone cut themselves, judging by the color of the blood and the staining on the blade it was pretty recently, maybe within a year. Probably why they are selling it.

Has to be a joke. I can't imagine anyone would put up a razor for serious sale with blood on it.
