it has no serial number that i can find.

Looks like a British ball-end Tech. It's a really nice shaver.

i won the bidding on a shave set on ebay. Nice leather case with soap dish, mirror toothbrush holder etcA culmark fifty fifty brush
one original blade. The shave set is meant to be 1958

Just wanted to know if it all dates correctly, is decent and is worth anything

Yup. It says "Made in England" and it is certainly a ball-end Tech. No serial number or date codes. Likely dates 1946-1951. Very nice condition! I use a US ball-end Tech as my travel razor. It fits nicely in a pill bottle. Nice knurled handle, mild shaver.
