What's new

What do you keep on your bedside table ?

At last it's maybe the most important table in our furniture, since we spend at least 8 hours beside it. And probably the only piece of furniture that is really "personal" - does your wife touch it?

The machine that keeps me alive and kicking. The wife can only touch it when I am not using it - that is when I am not sleeping...

My glasses -- because I am somewhat useless without them.
My cell phone -- in case of any emergency calls, in or out, and because it has a nice big clock display on it.
A small flashlight (6-inch LED) on top and a really big one (three D-cell Maglite) underneath -- just in case.

-A clock radio.
-A little glazed clay pot I made at school many many years ago with a couple of keepsakes in it.
-A jewellery box with my watches and cufflinks.
-A lamp.

A lamp
Alarm clock
My cell phone (and it better be an emergency )
A box of Kleenex
An MP3 player and headphones.
Sometimes a book, but I don't usually read in bed. That's what the sofa's for.

Yes my wife touches it. She likes to dust. However she knows to take inventory before and after and put things back where they were :biggrin1:.

Oh and a roll of Rolaids for those late night tummy problems!

My wife also keeps her Glock 19 on her bed side table! I pity the fool! LOL

It's better to have it and not need it, then to need it and not have it!

My bedside table is actualy a 2 foot tall speaker, (my bed is a memory foam bed on a boxspring, without a frame, so it's short )

Cell Phone,
Ipod, Hooked up to the speakers,
Remote,
Candle ( for reading)
box of Matches
usually a book, but sometimes i put that infront of the speaker,

and the cover on the front pulls off and i keep a flashlight, and the keys to the gun case in it,

My happy pills,
My Baby Eagle(Jericho) in .45acp,
My 98 lumen LED flashlight,
And a nalgene bottle of water.
