If you have never shaved with a SE razor, use the G Bar before the Micromatic. The G Bar is milder and will let you learn the basics of an SE easier.

Can't quite tell, but the 1912 on the far right looks like it has a curved lid. Might be a Damaskeene.

here's another picture after I hit them with srubing bubbles and a rinse. How does one know a 'Damaskeene'? One of the brushes was an ever-ready 502 and the other a Dor.. something I can't make out yet but both handles cleaned up like new. The second from the left seem to be different then the rest and one has a really short handle. Anyway, after a better cleaning I'm going to be puting most of them on BST.

How does one know a 'Damaskeene'?

Here's one for reference. Looks like yours might just be a standard 1912, if I'm seeing the interior in the reflection properly.

I have a damaskeene with a non curved head, and a 1912 with a curved head, so look at the eBay pictures carefully..
