This razor says Mirak Pat. july 1919 pat june 1920 on the back.
Looks like a Mirak SE razor, ca. 1920. Read about its introduction at http://books.google.com/books?id=YyodAQAAMAAJ&pg=PA80-IA74#v=onepage&q&f=false, and here is an ad. From the look of the illustration it probably cannot take modern blades. Nice to look at, though.
Cool find, enjoy it!. I like the copy in the ad. Scare 'em into buying it because all the other razors are dirty!
