Gold or silver? I realize there are several materials used to make these colors, but I'm just talking about the aesthetic appeal of the color itself. I'm a silver guy myself

I didn't vote because I like both
not a fan of gold color on anything myself.
I like gold. So did my great grandfather. I have old his slim adjustable. Although I think silver finishes better, as my grandfather's older ball-end tech looks like new after being completely crudy, and I still can't get the gold adjustable to shine.
I really like both but voted for gold..... maybe their should be a both choice?...

I also enjoy the industrial look of silver/nickel/chrome. (Honestly, if black nickel/gunmetal was more available I'd probably jump on that!)
Imagine how a transparent razor would look like! You could only see the blade in it. That should be quite an interesting razor to fool around with!
Me, I like my brushed metal look of my Futur.
Silver, or to be more precise both Chrome and Nickel.
Silver. I really like the look of Rhodium, but since I can't afford those razors nickel has to do.
Its gotta be silver. Isn't that the way razors are supposed to be? 
Gold is just too pimpin' for me. Same goes for rings and watches. Silver it is for this cowboy.
+1 But the very best I can think of would be brushed stainless steel, since that's not available in a razor I'd consider, the Futur does very nicely ;-)
I find gold a little too ostentatious for me as I work for a living.
