I must be getting old. To my surprise, no one here has mentioned that the UofL and NBA great, Wes Unseld, died on June 2nd. I attended a small Catholic college in Louisville the same years as Unseld played. Our teams played each other back then with UofL usually winning by 50 points. As I remember, Unseld out-muscled everyone on the court, but the games were still college ball and fun to watch. I love those days when real college players like Mike Clark and Ron Belton did their best against future pros. I miss the good-old-days of college basketball before it became a one & done farm team for professional players.
