Well this story has a happy ending

So in haste and newbieness (and before I found this forum) I placed an order from The Large River website (I now deal with WCS) for 100 Derby blades. Well I finally tried them after a few other brands and they work great on my face. I was worried that I would have 99 blades that I couldn't use. Derby's seemed to be 50/50 around the site as good or bad, but in my case they are on the good side.

I am glad they work for you. In any case, once you reach the B/S/T posting requirements you could have sold them quickly.

Glad they work well for you. I have quite a bunch of Derbys left and I get wonderful shaves using them.

I've pretty much used the Derby's only in starting off, trying to get my technique and lather right. I start on a new blade tomorrow
