The Apollo Fix is shown on a box containing a 111-D slant razor, with a price in DM, so post may 1949. It is possible that the Fix in the name is indeed because it is convenient, I find that a very plausible hypothesis, thanks.
My boxed Merkur B3 (no pics yet) has no indication of date. All the box mentions is Merkur Patent (4x) and Merkur B3 made in Germany Solingen (2x). No patent numbers are shown.
I think Merkur themselves existed before the 1930's, the oldest part of what is now Dovo-Merkur was founded in 1907. Not certain what part that was though. The original (twisted) slant patent is English, and from 1914. There is however an American patent for the Croscut that incorporates a tilted design.

In the prospects that advertise the razor Walbusch it is written that it was this factory that "invented" this type of inclination

I did some searching. Walter Busch did indeed patent this model razor. German patent I haven't found, Swiss applied for in 1936 granted 1937 and Great Brittain applied for and granted in 1937. I've previously shown in another thread the patent for the bakelite Apollo travelrazor, that is from 1938.
