Wade & Butcher Restore

[Above The Tie]

I was given Wade & Butcher last night. The scales which I believe are black horn are completely shot, the blade has some rust and what looks like resin on it. Since I have nothing in it I was thinking of a complete restore. So I am calling on the experts here for some recommendations for someone to do the work for me. I am new to straights, thanks for your help.
