Vintage wood dubl duck brushes

The vintage duble duck brushes like the one in the link I posted. Can they be restored with new bristles. They dont have one single knot so I dont know. I do like the way they look and would eventually like to get one. Just need to know if I can have it restored or if it will be just for looks. I also hope this isnt breaking the rules. I just posted the link to show which brush I am talking about.

Use it as is. This is a neck duster barbers use after the haircut...If the hairs fall out you can buy a new one cheap , or re-knot it yourself..

I thought it was a shave brush. Knowing its a neck duster that would be cool to get eventually.

It’s got a great looking handle. Could be a project for the future.
