No bar code and yes a NY zip of 10010. For the first time I looked on the bottom and it is embossed into the glass, "Bottle reg. property of Pinaud Inc."

Love 'em. I've got a smaller glass Veg bottle and a large glass Veg bottle like the ones shown here.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ZIP_code says zip codes started in July 1963, but there was no immediate reason to put them on product labels. I suppose it was like URLs appearing on products over the last couple of decades: companies added them whenever they felt the time was right.
The latest possible date is also slippery. There is no UPC on the label, and those began to appear in 1974. But different products adopted UPC labels at different times.
So for a zip-code no-UPC bottle I might suggest 1963-1978. But that is a broad range and based on guesses. If we knew more about the history of Pinaud labels we could probably do better.
