Hello. I'm a newbie here and am trying to put together a functional kit on a microscopic budget.
I found this brush for $8 and decided to take a chance on it. Description was "Vintage shaving brush, made in England."
It looks kinda ok, a little beat up but the knot looks pretty good. Can anybody identify it? Any comments?

I am going under the assumption, which may be wrong, that if it has held together this long it stands a good chance of not immediately falling apart. I see "Pure Badger" on the side of it. I guess if its junk I'm not out a whole lot, and there may be a chance that its fairly decent.
