I just got a pack of 25 hollow ground PAL single edge blades in a lot of razors I bought. The box appears to be full and NOS. Anyone use any of these old blades?

I have a cased bullet tip with a few old Gem blades and i was wondering as well if it would be a good idea to shave with them.
I had tried to shave with an old schick injector blade a couple if weeks ago and it something would not recommend to anyone.. .

I also tried a shave with a vintage blade (valet autostrop) it felt like i was useing a blade that was very much past its best, and i would not recomend it.

Interesting that the edge seems to degrade. If that's the case, should there be a manufacturing date on blades? How long before all the blades in my drawer lose their edge?
Mostly kidding but it would be good to understand if the edges are degrading from corrosion or from mechanical abuse and does affect how I should store my stock of blades.
