Veg question

Am I actually getting to like the Veg, or am I just getting used to it......???

You know how when folks have lived near a farm or a waste disposal site for so long? You sorta don't mind it after some time, right?


I'm not really sure about this one....

But when it comes to scents, I let my first impression be my guide, because everyone that comes near you might also be sampling it for the first time.

Then again, you have a point, one man's wastes disposal aroma is another mans flower garden,

Nothing at all wrong with the veg. I'd ask some friends what they think of your "newly" acquired after shave, and go from there. Don't tell them what it is, just that its new and you'd like their opinion.

I'm in a similar boat. I consider myself "chosen" but I can live with or without it. I like it for the concept more than the actual smell. It's just the weirdest bloomin frag around and the fact that it has a long history. Very cool. It is ok to be part of a rotation and not have a dedicated section of your house with an alter and platform for burnt offerings to it.

If it was good enough to be featured in Ferris Bueller and the Jerk, it's decent stuff!

Nah nah nah..... You're talking to a guy who thinks skunk spray smells like coffee and homemade pickles!.... and I LIKE ALL THREE!!! LOL

I come from a Slavic background and I am no stranger to ethnic foods and sundry scents.

This. If you don't like the Veg the first time, its not for you. I was skeptical the first time because of what I read but it don't let that stop you from discovering if you're chosen.

Exactly. My girlfriend happens to enjoy it, which is lucky for her because I love it. I don't reach for it every shave but if I want a treat, it's my go to.

I dunno. I believe the veg works in ways beyond the ken of mere mortal men. Saying it must be love at first splash smacks of hubris.
