Unscented Splash

I have been using Captain's Choice Bay Rum and I like the stuff a lot. I have tried some different balms and my skin is too oily for a balm. It leaves my skin feeling heavy and sticky. I really prefer a splash. I like how my face feels after applying the Captain's Choice. I got some nice cologne over Christmas that I want to wear. The Bay Rum scent doesn't last all day, but it's strong enough that it clashes with the fragrance I want to wear in the morning. Are there any splashes that are unscented?

I know I can probably use pure witch hazel, but I really enjoy how my face feels after the Captain's Choice splash.

Have you tried mixing your own? Maybe use the same ingredients in CC, except for the essential oils? There must be a recipe out there.

Check out the unscented version of Thayer's Witch Hazel. Unlike the cheaper stuff Thayer's has glycerin, which is probably responsible for the good skin feel you get from Captain's Choice. You should be able to find it in most "natural foods" grocery stores.

+1 Lucido is great! Any tiny bit of scent it has vanishes in about 10 seconds.

Witch Hazel or Lucky Tiger. The scent on both of those only lasts a few minutes.

I just wanted to say thank you for the responses. I'm going to try a bottle of the Thayer's After Shave and I'll try the Lucido later. That's a littler harder to find. I see it on Amazon, but I want to find a shaving company to support before I buy it. I think the Thayer's Witch Hazel Aftershave will work. I like having the alcohol.
