Unknown Adjustable Gibbs?

Has anybody ever seen this cute razor or shaved with it.
I know the Gibbs Rasoir Regable with the short handle but not this one.

No, it wasn't me either. But I know that you can use standard blades in Gibbs razors when you cut off 1.5mm at both sides.
