Überlather

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zvgsShZtGsU

I just had to post this video; 997 views is too few. Up til now, I had used an AoS Sandalwood soap. I tried this method and got what I now understand to be real lather. All that soap I had whipped up in the past was nothing compare to the explosion of lather I got using this method.

7 months into wet shaving and I just understood what it means to lather. Lol; you don't know what lather is until you have the privilege of using it.

Have you known about this method? Try it, and tell me how it works for you :biggrin1:

Right now the title of the thread is "Uberlather"? The video shows a method of creating lather, but does not add a cream and glycerin to the soap - which is what the term uberlather refers to.

Excellent video, thanks for that. Fortunately, I have relatively soft water where I live, which makes things a bit easier. I sometimes tend to make my lather like that, especially with some harder to lather soaps.

I realized that right after posting; I was always under the impression that "uberlather" just meant a whole lot of lather lol :/
