Two Questions

I have a Griest handle that I bought with the idea of trying a different razor heads.

My goto razor has been a 34C. Ideas thinking of getting a 1904 OC and a 1904 CC. Two questions. First, is the 1904 OC a good intro into OC shaving or would I be better off with a Cadet?

Second, is the 1904 CC the same head as the 34C? Thought I could use it as the in-house razor and relegate the 34c to alternate/travel duty.

The 1904 OC is very mild. The Cadet is fairly aggressive (in a good way). Pick your poison.

The best intro to OC, in my opinion, is the Gillette NEW from the 1930s.

The 34C and 1904CC have the same head, as well as the rest of the 3 piece CC Merkur lineup.
