I have noted in a few discussions about what brushes people use, that many of us newbies mention they are using Boar Bristles because of the cost break.

I was at the RiteAid online store while looking for DE Blades and stumbled on to this;

Granted, for 16 bucks your not getting a fine European Silvertip handmade brush, but I have seen Tweezerman mentioned as a supplier of some quality, and for someone who wants to try it without laying out a hundred bucks it might be worth a try.

Eventually I will probably get something more prestigious, but I have been completely happy with my Tweezerman. Some have complained of problems with losing lots of bristles, but I have never had a problem and have not heard/seen anything about anyone having that problem lately.

Same here. I'm happy with mine. It did shed a bit at first, but beyond the occasional hair here and there it's held up pretty well with regular use.

Amazon has them also.

I would guess by your avatar that you're a naval officer. Welcome. Make sure you make your way over to the Veteran's or Active Duty roll call.

+3 I have beat mine half to death and it still works well, it is a great value for the money.

My Tweezerman is my travel brush. It's been put through hell properly and is still kicking.

Also, I'm not sure what's up with this, but it looks surprisingly similar to the Kent mixed badger. I'm not saying it is a rebrand, but it could be, given the looks of it. I should look into that.
